QC Vouchers

Each shipment is accompanied by a "Quality Control Voucher" that lists the media, lot numbers, and expiration dates.  It also contains certification that we have met or exceeded the CLSI guidelines (M22-A) for media QC.

When your shipment arrives, all you do is perform a visual inspection, sign and date the QC Voucher, then store it with your QC records.  All the necessary information is provided for you.  This eliminates the need to manually record lot numbers and expiration dates or tear off stickers, etc.

QC Manual and HUGO™

Also available to our customers is a Quality Control Manual in the form of a software program known as "HUGO™" (Hardy User Group Observer).  This publication lists all the procedures we use to test our media.  It includes the pH range, organisms used, method of inoculation, dilution used, and the expected results.  Extensive information on QC procedures is detailed in HUGO™.  See "HUGO™", Hardy User Group Observer. for a complete description of the HUGO™ software program.

Certificates of Analysis

For our industrial customers, "Certificates of Analysis" are offered on a lot specific basis.  These certificates, which describe the tests performed and specification limits, are available from our website 24/7. Search our Online Certificates of Analysis or contact our Certificates of Analysis division at certs@hardydiagnostics.com.  Please remember to include the catalog number, and lot number for every certificate of analysis you request.
