Health Insurance*
Three plans to choose from. Employee's portion is as low as $100.98 per month (27% of actual cost). HMO office visits only $40.
Prescription Medicine Plan*
As low as $10 per generic prescription.
Profit Sharing
Based on company's profitability. Paid quarterly as both a cash and 401(k) contribution after six months of employment. (Vesting schedule applies to 401(k) portion.)
401(k) Savings Plan
Company matches 25% of employee's contribution, up to 8% of income. Available after six months of employment, vesting schedule applies.
Dental Insurance*
Employee's portion as low as $24.86 per month. Preventive care is free.
Dental Reimbursement Plan*
Up to $150 reimbursed per family per year, regardless of whether or not they elect to have the dental insurance.
Vision Insurance*
Employee's portion as low as $6.44 per month. Preventive care is free.
Paid Vacation Time*
One week during the first year, two weeks during the second, third, and fourth year, and three weeks after the beginning of the fifth year.
Flexible 125 Benefit Plan*
"Cafeteria Plan" to lower income taxes for out-of-pocket health and child care expenses.
Paid Sick Leave*
Pays 80% of regular pay for up to five days per year.
Wellness Bonus*
Bonus money is paid twice a year through a point system for healthy living styles. Pays 80% of unused sick time at the end of each year.
Education Assistance
Bonus money is paid for the successful completion of classes that are job related.
Employee Assistance Program
A company chaplain is retained to offer free and confidential counseling services at any time when there is a need.
Life Insurance and Supplemental Life*
A minimum of one year's salary is provided at no cost to the employee. Additional life insurance may be purchased at a low cost. Employees may buy up to $50,000 of additional coverage with no medical questions asked and up to five times their salary of additional coverage total.
Long-term disability*
Pays 60% of annual salary at no cost to the employee.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance*
Life insurance is doubled for accidental death.
Colonial Life Insurance*
Disability, Accident, Cancer, and Hospital Confinement Insurance available to employees.
Paid Bereavement Leave*
One day paid for bereavement of family member available each year.
