Research & Development Technician
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, and executing R&D projects independently. Plan and perform various experiments that demonstrate applications for our products, and present the data in oral and written form. Conceptualize and perform feasibility studies for new product ideas that meet the needs of our business and customers. The individual will also assist with current product concerns, stability & shelf life studies, and the drafting & editing of technical inserts. The R&D Technician is also responsible for providing technical service to customers, including customer complaint handling as needed. Minimum requirements: a bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related sciences; or five years of related experience.
Tube/Bottle Production Technician
The Tube/Bottle Production Technician is a full time position, M-F. This position includes preparing, pouring and labeling media. They are also responsible for cleaning the production area and equipment. Basic computer skills required. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Customer Service
Part-time: 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m.
The Customer Service Representative receives and processes all incoming calls by providing customers with product availability, pricing, delivery information, inquiries, complaints, and returns; calls customers and sales personnel to provide updated information. Manages time properly and prioritizes responsibilities to complete day-to-day functions and will take on any additional functions related to customer service. Adhere to high ethical standards of business conduct towards customer and job. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel required. 10 key is helpful.
